Raise the Bar – Delaware will increase the educational attainment to 60% of the working-age population attaining a post-secondary credential. This includes apprenticeships, certifications, credentials, and degrees. Increase Alignment – Delaware will break down barriers between training/learning and work. We will help bridge the gap between training/education, the needs of employers, and our future workforce.
